2025 - Spring - Challenger Baseball

The Little League Challenger Division® was founded in 1989, and is Little League’s adaptive baseball program for individuals with physical and intellectual challenges.

Any individual with a physical or intellectual challenge may participate. If an individual can participate in the traditional Little League Baseball or Softball program with reasonable accommodations they should do so. The Little League Challenger Division accommodates players ages 4 to 18; or up to age 22 if still enrolled in school. The Senior League Challenger Division accommodates players ages 15 and above (no maximum age).

**NOTE: Challenger programs are NOT eligible for additional discounts. These programs are priced at their current greatest value.**

2025 - BHPSA - Youth Skills Clinics

A series of winter indoor baseball clinics designed for players ages 7, and 8 to help players jump-start their skills development heading into the spring season. Players work on fundamentals and enhancing form in this skills clinic.

The registration fees from these clinics go to cover the cost of reserving the facility. All coaches who are participating in this clinics are doing so as a volunteers.

Divisions

TEE BALL
Often, a family’s first introduction to Little League® is in the Tee Ball program. Tee Ball is the entry level division for players, ages 4-6. The experience is grounded in fun, fitness, and fundamentals while also being a key to growing a child’s love for the game.

COACH PITCH
Players who is league-ages are 5 or 6 and have played a year in Tee Ball are eligible to participate in a coach-pitch division. At the Coach Pitch level, the Manager or Coach serves as the pitcher for all innings or, when necessary, coach may determine that a player should hit off of a tee to finish their at bat. Division is focused on continued development of fundamentals and basics of the game.


AA - COACH KID PITCH
Players ages 7 & 8 will be introduced to players pitching to each other as the game progresses to more player driven baseball. At the Player/Coach Pitch level, the player pitches from 42' at the beginning of each at-bat. Player will pitch until they have thrown a fourth ball, and then a manager/coach pitcher will replace them for the at-bat for all innings. Introduction of more competitive elements of baseball and beginning to focus on the situational aspects of the game. Prior to start of season, players will go through evaluation to determine team organization.

MINORS
9 & 10 year old's will incorporate more Baseball rules and an Umpire, trust in your teammates begins defensively, Pitchers and Catchers become vital positions  - the game is played on a 46 foot mound and 60 foot bases - score is kept and you will be traveling within the District - Umpires are encouraged to have a wide strike zone to encourage batters to swing at pitches. 

MAJORS
10, 11, & 12 year old's will begin seeing the Outfield becoming more necessary and the infields will be tested with the amount of baserunning and stealing which will occur.   All players must be go through evaluation for this division of play.

INTERMEDIATE
12 & 13 year old's the Defense becomes very important and the Outfielders are vital - lead offs - balks -
the field goes to 50 foot mound and 70 foot bases.  League 12 players must go through evaluation process for this division.


JUNIORS & SENIORS
13 years of age & up - played on a regulation 60 foot mound and 90 foot bases.
